The MEMOLUB® lubricator is an autonomous single/multi point electro-mechanical lubricator. Its high lubricant ejection pressure of 25 bars opens a new wide range of applications not possible with conventionnal systems. Memolub HPS can be used remotely up to 8 meters from the lubrication point. Remote installation avoids dangerous or difficult access points and maintenance personnel can work swiftly in safety. Machine stoppage for lubrication (impossible access, moving components, etc) can be avoided by installing Memolub HPS. Memolub HPS can also be used as a mini central lubrication system. Combined with progressive distributor blocks Memolub HPS multipoint lubrication is a simple, economical way of reducing maintenance costs.

Due to its high efficiency, MEMOLUB® can pump greases of N.L.G.I grades 2/3 and with base oil viscosities up to 15000cSt at working temperature. This means that even at -15°C, MEMOLUB® can still pump conventionnal EP2 greases.

The MEMO is a unique system for adjusting the daily grease output of the MEMOLUB®. The MEMO is programmed the first time and is then permanently fitted on the lubrication point. Any MEMOLUB® will respect the setting of any installed MEMO:MEMOLUB® is not dedicated to a specific MEMO or lubrication point.

The MEMO allows you 60 lubricant output comprised between 0,25cc and 15,1cc per day.

The SPLITTER MEMO divides evenly the volume of grease at each expulsion cycle. It transforms the MEMOLUB HPS into a standard two outlet system. It is especially designed for the lubrication of two bearing or chain systems such as electric motors, pumps, fans, conveyors...

MEMOLUB® is a refillable lubricator. The only spare parts you will need to have the unit work for years and years are repleacable grease or oil cartridges and battery packs. MEMOLUB® and refills exist in three different sizes, 120cc, 240cc, 480cc. Cartridge replacement is an easy, simple and quick operation. It can be done on the spot or in the workshop.

Battery packs are made of 3 non welded normal alkaline batteries and are for use in constant temperature range of -5°C to 50°C and for temporary peaks down to -15°C.

A simple check function enables maintenance personnel to control the working of MEMOLUB®: at any time it is possible to check the functionning of the unit by unscrewing one turn the MEMOLUB® from its MEMO. Due to its transparent housing, visual control of the level of lubricant is easy.
